Training and Placement Cell is an integral part of our institute. The institute has provided the complete infrastructure for effective functioning of the cell. Training activities are organized throughout the year in an effort towards preparing the prospective students for the campus selection programmed.
In addition, the department provides technical training, group discussions and mock interview to help students prepare for the placement process. Apart from the main project work, and industrial training given in the third year of the curriculum, lot of internships and expert lectures from industry and academia were arranged to get practical experience and better understanding of subjects. This has led the institute to emerge as a favored destination for many national and international companies to recruit the fresh talent nurtured in the Institute.
Electrical Engineers have a broad spectrum of opportunities in Industrial giants in the field of Energy, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Steel, Automotive, Robotics and Information Technologies. Around 90% of the students are placed in reputed industries practicing core and allied engineering, through campus recruitment and the remaining 10% prefer higher studies in India and abroad.
